1. Product Checking
• Customers must check the product at the time of delivery.
• After accepting the product, no refund or return will be accepted.
2. Delivery Charge on Return
• If a customer refuses the product at delivery, they must pay the delivery charge.
• Free delivery will not apply in this case.
3. Exchange Policy
• Exchange is allowed within 72 hours of receiving the product for:
o Color change
o Size change
o Design change

Conditions for Exchange:
• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Customer must visit our physical store for exchange
• Exchange must be made with a product of equal or higher value
