By placing an order with Trendy Stitch, you agree to the following terms:

1. Cash on Delivery Policy
• Customers must check the product in front of the delivery person before accepting it.
• Once the product is accepted and received, no refund or return will be applicable.

2. Delivery Charge Policy
• If a customer refuses to receive the product after delivery, they must pay the delivery
charge.
• Free delivery is only applicable if the order is successfully received.
• If a product is returned or not accepted, delivery charges will still apply.

3. Delivery Time
• Inside Dhaka: 24–48 hours
• Outside Dhaka: 48–72 hours

4. Urgent Delivery (Dhaka Only)
• Same-day delivery is available inside Dhaka City Corporation.
• Orders must be placed before 5 PM.
• Urgent delivery charge: ৳150

5. Product Variation
• Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting and screen differences.
